Job Details:

  • Involve in end-to-end Business Development Process including cold calling, client communication, presentations, negotiation and contract signing. 
    Generate new leads and maintain them efficiently.
    Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
    Negotiate contracts and communicating with customers
    Create business development plans and materials
    Develop strong and long-term relationships with clients, recruiters and the candidates.
    Represent the company services in social networks, marketing websites and appropriate forums to increase company's visibility.
    Create market strategies based upon intelligence, insight and research.
    Contribute to the development of new business models and income-generation opportunities.
    Work independently, monitor, mentor and lead the team.
    Work closely with the management.
    Guide the junior business development executives
